Loved the location in that it is literally 7 mins away from the Dulles Washington Airport. Service was exceptional from reseveration booking, shuttle service, check-in in, stay and check out. The Front desk manager Marshall was super kind, and helpful!! Room was clean, spacious and evenly temperatured. Complimentary breakfast was not limited as other hotels. They had Egg Friatata, Turkey sausage, home fries (did require salt), Oatmeal with almond and cranberry topping, fresh muffins, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit (banana, apples). Beverages: Arabia coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, apple juice avd water. On my return flight, looking to book again. Slept well. Satisfied guest!!

I absolutely LOVED my stay here! The rooms are huge, super clean, & the breakfast is beyond continental. Most of all, the Front Desk Staff is the Bomb! Marshall was helpful in navigating my pickup from Dulles & very friendly & professional. Suzy - she is one of kind ! She went above & beyond to assist me w/my reservation issue from being stranded in LaGuardia & plus she had an overall warm & welcoming demeanor. She multi-tasked so well, she should be promoted to Front Desk Manager! The Van driver - can benefit from Customer Service training 101.

Shower never got hot. Didn’t even get like warm. Sink didn’t drain well. Beds are hard and covers are thin. I’ve had better rooms/beds at a $30 hostel in Europe. But I was tired so I stayed.
