During 3 recent visits, the point of sale charged me more than the shelf price. The Target employees have the same script every time. 1. They blame the customer for misreading the shelf price or accuse you of grabbing the larger size or wrong product. 2. They go to check the shelf price. I like to go with the employee so I can quickly show them where the product is. Target has been consistently wrong. 3. They don't apologize for their error or for wasting your time. Tonight, the employee at customer service who was counting and closing a register (sadly, probably a management level employee) literally rolled her eyes at me after accusing me of grabbing the wrong size (see step 1 above) while another Target associate was reluctantly helping me correct the over charge. My response to the "lady" was "No ma'am, the smaller size is $5.99 to $6.99" and not $10.99 to $11.99 at which point she rolled her eyes and walked away. Target, get your act together and have higher standards for customer service!

Me and another woman stood around waiting on someone to come to literally any one of the food or starbucks counters at this location, and no one ever appeared. I wandered around to find a manager, couldn't, and then tried to communicate the issue to customer service - the girl looked at me like i was a crazy person talking about conspiracy theories and walked away to help someone else. genuinely not sure how they were allowed to open the store this morning with apparently 2 entire employees who don't want to do their job.

Great place for grocery shopping. Always well stocked and clean. The staff are nice and helpful. Great curbside pick up service. They never messed any of my pick up order. Definitely visit again.
