Their menu is seasonal, and changes!! As with most resturants, you can always find a dish that includes no gluten ingredients (particularly if you are willing to order menu items minus something like a breadstick or croutons). The menu is not huge, and if you have food preferences + gluten-free needs, you may not love the choices. But the food was very good, and like other non-chain restaurants, they were good about checking with the chef(s). Meat or fish dishes with a variety of sides available, salads, etc. But the menu is not geared towards allergies (less than half the menu was gf when I was there), its seems more geared to delicious and some unique combinations and fun foods. But, short answer long, yes, you can eat gluten-free at The Fed Community. (Not that I'd recommend any venue for Celiacs to eat out without speaking to Chefs directly. But for intolerance or diet preferences, def explore local venues like The Fed!)
