Over priced, poor service and I got ripped off. Ordered a nugget meal and didn't get it, when I called they put my name in "the book" when I went to claim it it wasn't in 'THE BOOK" they must have needed by money more than I did 🤷‍♀️

Best place to get coffee! Armando was amazing and a pleasure to connect with props to you all your amazing ♡♡♡♡♡ I had to knock my rating down for this experience today may 23rd asked like 5 times for my drink to be in a certain cup when I pulled up they were doing opposite I never have and issue, the girl who said she was a manager had a issue and says rudly it's same size the reason I get cup is because it stays colder longer. She was very rude as a manager I will be back but hopefully on days when Armando is working an the beautiful sweet Hispanic manager yall the real team♡ today staff in front of drive through wasn't pleasant. The guy at 1st window super funny and sweet we made a joke about my husband so you get to know who im talking about. Listen to the customers requests I shouldn't have to repeat myself and other time after 5 already and saying at 1st window please please make sure it in white cup which should lot gave been a big deal???

Worse than last time. The lobby was now open. Not a word from the staff. I stood at the register until I saw the kiosk note saying to use it. Hello please use the kiosk would have been nice. They were busy conversing with each other (not entirely professional conversation to have in front of customers either) though. Food was ready quickly and accurately. I said thanks, again no response, then have a good day, no reply. A little effort to be personable is appreciated. Prelude to the future when robots will be used instead I guess.

They did a decent job but the poor woman at the drive thru computer was really struggling. As wonderful as all the electronic advancements may be, it sure isn't helping the employees do their job better. It's just making it more complicated.
