Call customer service and have order number. It could have just been delayed.
Talk to the customer service desk associates. They track these things very closely. Every pick up is logged in upon completion. To inquire about an order have your id and order information.
Speaking to customer service at the location you were supposed to pick it up at would be the best bet. Make sure you have all the order details when you call.
I've never ordered from them but I'm guessing if you went in and talked to a manager they may be able to hook you up in store. I'm guessing that or it got lost in transit, shipping down here is a pain but sometimes it just comes very late.
