I would have never guessed I’d give this location a 5 star rating but this location has jnrodiced me to some of my absolute fave Nordstrom peeps. Cynthia(order pick ups in mens), Lisa (Womens Jewelry), and a few in fragrance (I don’t know all of their names). Cythina Denise is a GEM. Such a sweet, fun, super helpful and happy to be the class act. A fellow Chicagoan and just a pleasure. She introduced me to some of her colleagues last evening and I was impressed and honored to have met some of the fellow greats. I will be shopping with one of the folks she set me up with. I came in to pick up a pair of Valentinos I ordered and walked out with 4 more pairs because this location is LISTENING honey and getting more goodies in that I can touch and try right there in store. I am IMPRESSED, and although it doesn’t always take much, it’s not always easy to do that with me. Also, honorable mention, I called ahead The Bistro (haven’t eaten at any of these in years) and they were kind over the phone, it was easy to speak to someone and food was delish, fast, great prices and the gentleman and lady working were all so kind to my girlfriend and me. We both said to each other just how nice everyone was. I was sweaty, working and not trying to be in the stores yesterday but it was productive and one of my best visits yet!!!! Keep working hard Nordies, you are doing your thing at Kenwood Towne Center- I see and feel the moves and shakes. THANK YOU!!

I always enjoying shopping at Nordstrom for those instant gratification pieces. Sometimes it can take a minute or two to find a rep to assist you depending on the department you’re shopping at that day. Overall an enjoyable experience!

Ordered shirt while in Nordstrom, verified address and contact info in store. Received notice today that "Your package has arrived" and was delivered to my home via FedEx. No package received. This review is based on the customer service/chat experience with Ahiesha. After answering too many questions, I was told to contact Nordstrom tomorrow. Nordstrom did not offer to followup with me to see if I received the package. Now I have to waste my time on an item paid for from Nordstrom that I did not receive.

Nice but I noted their down coats were not down but had paper shreds in them in name of recycling. Problem is it was at down coat prices.Hi Harry, Thanks for letting us know. We'll share this with our teams to address. -Ny
