This is the most disgusting and unprofessional Walmart they have . The Store Manager Denis Phillips is very unprofessional and racist towards customers and staff. The store is always in a wreck no customer service in the store that makes you feel as if your important this place needs a serious overhaul of staff and training. No needs to be bitter when there are standards in place that must be maintained to reflect what Walmart stands for! Most are minimum wage or a fraction above; people expect you to pay them to work better instead of earning their raise. It also may be unfair to say that Eastgate is worst, surely you haven't been to all of them yet? You've just experienced this one the most,most likely. Exceptional performance isn't as richly rewarded at Wal-Mart as other companies, preferring to treat that sort of effort is expected and not exceptional. Someone could be making less than $10 an hour for 3 years at Wal-Mart; where is their incentive to perform well? Corporate has no incentive to inspire or motivate, as they receive government largesse due to the fact that they are the world's single largest employer. I recommend going someplace like Nordstrom for service, you don't have to buy anything and they will make you feel wonderful. Just make sure you do it after your visit to Walmart and long before you're next, so you can be delighted and not frustrated. Good luck

I can back up the statement about Dennis being very unprofessional, and basically about the most unpleasant manager I've interacted with at any store. Their auto Care center is a joke, and liars so far as I can tell. Brand new tires they put on already leaking air. The sales and install process was bad as well
It's the best Wal-Mart out there. So I think you're just bitter.
