Had to wait 20 minutes to have my order taken, the doors were open and the ac seemed to be off on an 80+ degree day, there's random lewd artwork on the walls for some reason now, and for the first time in the six years I've been going you have to pay to play music so the lounge was silent. I'm really disappointed because I used to love going to this place. The hookah was good but pretty much everything else has taken a bad turn.

The worker gave us a hookah that wasn’t out correctly , fell on us and burned my leg had flavor all of the table and place , no one bothered to come clean it or apologize. By far the worst hookah I’ve been to my entire life. If I could give this a 0 star I would.

They turned the best hookah place in Cincinnati to just a hookah place in Cincinnati. It used to be very chill and calm before but after the new management took over, it's just any other hookah place with loud music and bright lights. The quality of hookah is good and the service also was decent.

Good atmosphere! Hookah was well priced, strong flavors, and a never ending supply of coals. The espresso machine was broken or something. Turkish coffee and tea were just average. Would love some more food and beverage options.
