Yes, fairly easy walk. Some slopes and tree roots, but not strenuous

It is about a 10 min walk down the trail, there are some hills, curves, tree roots, and stairs along the way. Not very stroller friendly. Best to go at or right before low tide so the beach area is most exposed.

The hike is relatively easy though there are some steep areas and a few sets of stairs making it difficult for a stroller. Have my pack of kiddos (ages 2-9) there a few times now and with the exception of being tired on the way back, they've been fine
