Why was the store breaking down at 9:15 when you're supposed to be open till 10 at your 241 S.mallory location

It looks to me like a lack of store management and poor supervision. No notice of early store closing was posted publicly

Hardees dont get that much business, shocking how they havent went out of business, 1 car per hour unless its that high price breakfast, even pathetic lame ARBYS get more business

I too believe it is due to poor managerial and supervision. Had same thing happen to me at wendy's drive thru on Portsmouth Blvd. Was there at 11pm....they acted as if they were closed!
