Why does no associate answer the phone at 9:09 on 11/30?

The last few times I was in there around 9 AM, the crew was having a quick team meeting then. That leaves the service desk unmanned for about five to ten minutes, depending on how fast the meeting goes.

I wouldn't expect too much from Wal-Mart to be honest.
