Every employee was on their phone when customers clearly needed help. When I approached a group of workers, they either looked away back at their phones or walked away...why yall paying people to look at their phones and openly ignore your customers....lady who did help was very very nice and older...those young kids need to learn to look up from the phone and help people when your job is customer service.

I live within walking distance of this particular Walmart. I rely on the posted hours of customer service because I walk to this Walmart, as I do not drive. I have never experienced an indiscrepancy such as the undefined hours of customer service at the Walmart neighborhood market by Harpersville road. I am absolutely disgusted. Today, I tried to call customer service to answer my question of, 'what time their customer service would be open till?" You know, I had to actually call the pharmacy and ask them what was going on??! The nice young lady that answer the phone, explained to me that they are understaffed and that is the reason why customer service is closed all the time. In fact, when I asked this young lady what the manager's name was she could only reply, "I think it's Michael."Unbelievable! How can a store employee not even know what their general manager's name is? I am beside myself with disbelief. Why even advertise customer service hours if they're never open? And why should someone have to call a department outside of customer service to get a question answered? I think this particular store needs to revamp is hiring policy and how they schedule their employees. Because if the problem is, that they are understaffed that is no fault of the public. Also, if they have automated registers and everything is computerized, then why is there an understaffing problem?Contingently, the public should not have to suffer the result of not being able to use customer service when customer service hours are posted. Walmart managers: take note!

I just want to make sure that I acknowledge 2 wonderful ladies Ms. Diana and Ms. Marsha by going above and beyond to make sure I got an item that is scarce in most stores. The shelf had few left I got those and asked if it had been to be anymore and Ms. Diana scanned and saw it said there weren’t. But even with that knowledge she still took it a step further to check in the back and came back with 7 more and Ms. Marsha. While Ms. Diana made sure my items were secured at the register to be purchased, Ms. Marsha gave me dates of possible future shipments of the product. Great tag team duo!
