Had a mobile order, went to the stall and the monitor said there was an error and to press the red button. Pressed the button and was told "it is gonna be a while". So I rolled up my window because it is 95 degrees outside. About 20 minutes later was greet by a employee by saying "do yall need something and that she had been trying to speak to us like 8 times". I couldn't hear her because my windows were up but that wasn't the upsetting part. Our food came out shortly after and it was rudely handed to us followed by next time you can use your phone to check as if that isn't what I had already attempted to do twice. Instead if letting me explain that is what I did Keeley threw her hand up and walked away without giving a chance to respond. Didn't appreciate the disrespect and this isn't my first issue with this Sonic. Will not be returning and I hope no one has to deal with Keeley's attitude like had to today.

Not the best experience I’ve received at sonic but I was very pleased with David Radcliffe very understanding very attentive and was able to offer me a bit of peace during a time where I was not happy how I was treated and I’m always at sonic never once experienced that.

Have gone to this location 3 weeks in a row for my Boss, to order there new advertised Oreo blizzard. After waiting 10 minutes in drive thru, I try to order and get told machine is broken. This is unexceptable, especially when you have pictures and signs of said new items. Poor customer service. False Advertisement.

940am Drive Thru cashier was rude about French toast sticks? I asked for a #17 multiple times and she kept asking "which one", then got an attitude because. I asked which one's was she talking about. Like, if you don't want to do me a service of taking my order why are you there? And also claimed the slush machine was frozen solid. Ask for the manager and he claimed he was the owner and shrugged his shoulders to the bad customer service and the frozen machine. 02/07/2022 Can't make none of this up. No sale.

This location and the Hampton location always have issues, they may need to change their management cause obviously so many issues keep occuring
