Their always looking for volunteers; exception is you must fill out an application at the humane society store, have orientation, then only then I'm sure you can help out. They might let you maybe under circumstances but I wouldnt hold my breath.😉🙂
Are you visiting, or just live in a nearby city? I don't live in Auburn, but I volunteer as a foster. Dog walking is a volunteer position here. Go to the website and fill out a volunteer application.
Yes you can, but you must attend one of their volunteer training classes first. There is one coming up soon and another in December. Make sure to email or call the shelter to register for a class.
