Beautiful park full of picnic amenities. Clean full of cool spots to set up near the river. Discovery park pass required. I enjoyed the park just as much as the drive to it.

Beautiful! Plenty of tables for picnics. There's a small playground, lots of trails, easy to access and well worth the $10 day pass. My kids enjoyed the bubbling geyser as well and spent a bit of time just skipping rocks. Great place to enjoy nature.

Morels aren't magic mushrooms lol I assume 480 acres worth of Washington terrain tho is a good place for any mushroom 🍄
There are hills. You would need to be an expert sledder to navigate the trees. Please turn video on and record.
Caitlin. Pls don't.
There are sumer run and winter run. I believe winter is done now we wait till June but every river has different rule and reg fishing steelhead. Like North Fork Stillniquamish is barbless fly fishing only and south fork is open to drift fishing.. washington department lic has an application you can down load has all dates, regs, on Rivers and lakes salt water etc,,,
There were plenty of blackberries in the fall. I think they get cut back every year after the season for garden purposes.
Sorry, I don't no. I have not been there this year yet. But last summer they didn't have one
Indeed it is, but this has been a pretty dry summer, so, the waters may a bit higher than average.
$10 for the day or you can pay $30 and have a state park pass good for 1 year from date of issue at any state park.
There is no RV camping at Flaming Geyser. There is at Dash Point State Park.
Yes, steelhead are running at the moment....plus trout are in the river.
It's a long ride so that you will have to scout out your self. It is rough all the way down and cold. People do tube down it or some time to a tree and just float.
No, Panning, sluicing or dredging for gold or other minerals is not allowed within streams or other waterways in any state park. REF: https://wdfw.wa.gov/publications/00291/wdfw00291.pdf
Methane leaks. No geysers. Park is misnamed. But it a great name for a giant picnic area.
As you enter the park, the runway and pit area is to the left at the stop sign. Google maps satellite view is helpful.
It's a state park and it will accept the Discover pass ($10/day or $30 for unlimited use for one year, ending on the last day of the month the year after you purchase it on). There's also a booth at the entrance of this park where you may be able to pay.
If you want to float the river from inside to the bridge where to do you park your car to get out at
