It's a state park and it will accept the Discover pass ($10/day or $30 for unlimited use for one year, ending on the last day of the month the year after you purchase it on). There's also a booth at the entrance of this park where you may be able to pay.

If you're looking for a flaming geyser you won't find it here. But you will find gorgeous huge park with a river and a canyon and just awesomeness. You will enjoy and it is worth the cost
