Parking is free after 5 pm
You may not be able to park after that time but I was at that beach very late last night and I was not kicked off the beach.
We were there a few days ago and the parking lot was still open and pretty full at 8:30pm.
When I went last week I stayed until 6:30, I don't recall seeing anyone telling us to leave
