Kyle was awesome. Super helpful. He was patient, knew his stuff, helped us make a good choice and responded immediately whenever we had a question. Avoid the big box stores, this was as friendly and painless as this experience can be. Big ups for Doyon's and Kyle.

Today, I had one of the most pleasant and helpful customer service calls with your employee Nicole Baker. I attempted to use the self clean oven option only to find that I had misplaced the manual for the Frigidaire stove/oven. I called Doyon's and explained to Nicole that there had been a problem acquiring the model that was ordered so Doyon gave me an upgraded model. The sales slip from May 2018 showed the original ordered stove. Nicole was able to find the upgraded range in my record of sale and she talked me through the entire self clean process and emailed me the instruction manual. She had to wait for me to go to my basement and turn off the power to reset the panel on the oven. She was patient., kind and immensely informative. She then offered her assistance in case something went awry after our call was completed, I cannot commend or praise her enough. She exemplifies what good customer service is and should be. It has been years since I have experienced such a pleasant experience. You have struck gold with Nicole Baker. My husband and I have purchased several appliances from Doyons over the years and on occasion required service calls. My special thanks to Beth in service who has always gone above and beyond to make sure she helps the customer. She is always positive, friendly and especially knowledgeable. When she says she’ll call you back, she always does. Recently I was undergoing some tough surgery and Beth was very reassuring and was able to get me the help I needed for a broken appliance. With the shortage of service people, I understand there is always going to be a wait time, but at least I know Beth is on top of it and doing her very best for me and all the customers. Thanks Beth. When shopping for a new stove, I decided to try Doyon's first over a big chain store in order to give a local small business my business. I received great customer service from Kyle and Ben. They answered all my questions to help me and my husband choose a stove that was right for us. Looking forward to my delivery!

I have a Wolf range that is in need of service. Do you do that or have recommendations?

Hi Greta, we perform service for Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances if it's outside of the manufacturer's warranty. Wolf has a two year parts and labor warranty. If the unit is older than two years we can service it. If it's less than two years then the manufacturer needs to perform the service. Our service department is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
