The snow tubing is open, for certain hours. You have to do the waiver online and call them to ensure it's in the system and they will tell you about the purchase. I believe for more large groups you have to make it with 72 hours reservation.
Their website show all the dates that they will be open for ice skating. I think the snowtubing is still closed. I went this last Sunday December 27 and they don't have the online purchase option. But it doesn't seem like they have ice skating open on Wednesday. Only see 12/31 and 1/1 for open skate
