To say that quality has disappeared at this location is a understatement. Many of the staff come across standoffish or that they don't really enjoy their jobs. Or maybe they are over worked and understaffed. If your not from the area you would go to the wrong location. Yes you can see the new store from the red light It's the fact that it's the wrong address thru google. The patio area would be very nice, if you didn't have to look at the lack of shrubs and flowers with all the over grown grass and weeds. I order a black coffee I'm always the last one get to my drink. I've always wondered how and why. This includes getting my food before my coffee. Hoping that this store gets new management and direction soon.

Great location! I was greeted quickly by a friendly worker. The atmosphere is happy and up beat. What I noticed most was how many customers they greeted by name while I was in there getting some work done. I was very impressed with the customer service here!
