Horrible experience. Made an appointment to have a tour 4:00. My daughter and I came in the girl didnt even want to help us. Saw two apartments. The one we liked was not available. The girl was very rude and unprofessional. We never did get a tour. Will never rent here. Sucks

I have lived here for a couple of years and I have never had any issues. Maintenance is timely. Candy Was very helpful when showing me apartments and everyone in the office is welcoming whenever I need to stop by. Overall good environment and would recommend anyone to live here.

No parking. Horrible service. Don't expect to get your deposit back no matter how nice u leave the apartment. Most of the workout equipment is broken. Go somewhere else.

I lived at Hillsborough Park for 4 years, and moved recently due to a job change. It always had a relaxing atmosphere, was clean and quiet. The office staff was very nice and professional, and the maintenance staff responsive and helpful. I remember after signing the first year's lease, the final price did get adjusted, but in my favor by $100, which was a welcome surprise. It was a great place to live, and I do miss it.

Yes. Proof of renters insurance must be provided to your leasing agent prior to your move-in date. For specific information, including required coverage amounts for your community, contact a leasing agent.
You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new home, we’ll help you transfer to a comparable home within the same community, or you can choose to break your lease penalty-free within the first 30 days of move-in. Some restrictions may apply.
