Well being that the park gives no refunds I'm going to guess they're opening, will take your money and then closing down rides if necessary. . I think they're still might be people there to answer the phone if you call them now but unfortunately might have to call in the morning too.
Call the park before you leave for it there is usually a recording about the weather
