They should have given you instructions, but, in the event you can't get there for help you can try the following. Make sure the battery (pen) is fully charged. After the battery is charged it will remain on after you remove it from the USB charger. Screw your cartridge on to the battery so it is snug, no need to torque it on. Hold the button for 1-2 seconds and draw from the pen for a few additional seconds. You'll figure out how much you can draw comfortably by trial and error. To turn the battery off, click the button 5 times rapidly. To turn it back on, click 5 times rapidly. Hope that helps.

If your pen seems to be drawing very slowly, hold a hot hair dryer near it for 30 seconds to liquid the oil.
Theory wellness is an awesome place to go , I have a t pen love it , I charge mine in my car , take it everywhere I go lol . They are very friendly and helpful at theory . Love the place .

The people at Theory will answer all ypur questions, but depending on the pen you got, most other dispensaries can assist as well. Also, they have guides online.
