Everyone's body is different, but I've suffered from insomnia for decades and medical cannabis is far more effective and reliable than other presentation and OTC medications I've taken. I prefer to vape a little and eat an edible, which puts me right under and helps me sleep all night. Edibles alone should be sufficient, but my metabolism makes it difficult to tell how long edibles take to kick on, how they'll feel when they do, and how long they'll last. Give it a shot, but if you have any of the issues I mentioned above, give vaping a shot. I don't like the little pen cartridges, and use shatter and other extracts from a dab rig. Good luck, and don't forget you need a script in MA to purchase cannabis!
They may- we are happy to discuss with you in person!
You could try a sativa CBD based extract or oil. That would be most likely to help. Start very small dose.
Indicates, indicates, indicates. Sativa is stimulating, indica is relaxing
You might want to try a high cbd tincture, usually is very effective for sleep,be sure not to get a high thc tincture, THEORY will help you out with the proper one, there bud tenders are well informed, good luck friend hope you get some rest...
Edibles will make u tired but since it passes through your digestive system it takes longer to act + is hard to anticipate when it'll kick in if you're not familiar with herb. I know u don't wana vape but is recommend it with a nice endica like banana kush. That'll give u help with insomnia better + some melatonin and shutting down ALL tech, phone, tv activities at least 1/2 before you wanna sleep.
Tincture and gummies work great for me
Get a job
I smoke/vape all day long for body aches/spasms. I eat edibles only to help me sleep due to the different effect my body gets from edibles
They may work. However, edibles take a bit longer to kick in, but last longer. They do almost nothing for me, strangely enough (not sure if it's my metabolism or what), but everybody is different.
