Good food, quick service! Our server was Izzy and she was great at attending to whatever we asked her for and was very personable! I enjoyed my meal here, it tasted good. The portions were not worth what I paid, very small portion. But everyone else in my party had it differently where they had a lot of food! It seems that there is some inconsistency with their menu and what they can actually make. They serve popcorn just shortly after seating you. Izzy was great at keeping our drinks filled. The turnaround from ordering to getting our food was impressive. The restaurant was pretty dead though, which is always uncomfortable for me, could be because of its location, but I’m the type of guy that assumes the worst so I think of other reasons it could be empty. Bathrooms in here were pretty clean which was nice. I’d come here again if I am ever in the area! There was nothing that stood out to me that would repel me from another visit! Overall, satisfied and enjoyable experience!

We've enjoyed 99 restaurants many times, but this time was a bit different because, although we understand that prices are going up everywhere and portions sometimes get a bit smaller, the fish and chips was literally half the size, both the fish and fries, so I gave my husband half of my very delicious and still same size burger and fries. We also noticed that some tables were brought popcorn, but not ours. I suppose it's by request now-or maybe you pay? We also felt a bit rushed even though no one was waiting to be seated, but our waitress was very friendly and we'll still go again, we'll just ask about portion sizes and popcorn!

We want to thank Kendra who is the General Manager at the Bridgewater 99 location. She is amazing and is totally classy ! She treats her customers well and makes sure all her customers are happy and satisfied with their visits to the restaurant. I have been going to this location for years and she is the best we have ever dealt with. Total class !

Food is still a reasonable price and has not been smacked around due to Covid.
