I have medical marijuana card but it's from California can I use it.

No mass medical only in mass unfortunately.

It has to be from Mass, I'm pretty sure that's consistent with all legalized states

It would be very professional of them to grant the use depending on severity of need for patients medication

Haven't been able to find anything definitive, but I don't believe Massachusetts honors out of state medical cards.
