Depending on your inquiry, you might be better off to GOOGLE SEARCH your item rather than phoning the store. Phone calls to any business during normal operations is based upon the order the calls are received, associates do their best to service any consideration that needs assistance. A larger volume of calls during peak hours and holidays becomes more difficult for a short period of time and then returns to a more reasonable level as the extra volume of calls begins to decrease. Banking and insurance operations centers encounter the same difficulties such as you have experienced with a call placed to a retailer. My advice : call back when you have a little more time anticipating the volume of services requests will undoubtedly require extra time to accommodate all.parties seeking to communicate over the phone service. If your request could be postponed,then give the retailer a bit of consideration. I am sure the associate who ultimately services your situation will assist you.
I have called and it took me awhile to get them to answer.
The customer service desk is open for less hours then the store. The pick-up location is open from 8am-8pm. It's at the customer service location. The line gets busy around the holidays with pickups and returns. The store closes at midnight.
Yes they do answer the phone
