As far as I can tell, no. (@Rachel) Yes, some of them do. I've been to multiple dozens as well in the past 4 months and they do. I could literally have 4 - 5 bars 10 feet from the door, as soon as I walk in, whomp whomp whomp... 0 bars. Sometimes I even get the "no" symbol. And free Wi-Fi doesn't mean "secure" or "fast". Pilot-Flying J is notorious for having unusable--dare I say, sh*tty--Wi-Fi. Both their free one and their premium one.

They never block cell signal. I've been to dozens in the past 2 months. They also have free wifi.
