Terrible maintenance management. While in orientation I was told we would never enter switchgear , we do job safety assessments etc. I was also pulled out of orientation to enter the switchgear with no PPE. Had a Mcc wall being pressure washed with power on it. Then pulled out of orientation again to fix a PLC issue. In two days you could see they train one standard but have leaders failing to plan.

The rules and SAFETY guidelines are just overboard...make sure you have hard hat, glasses, vest. No passengers or animals. They give you these sleeve things to wear that covers ypur arms...if you climb on trailer they make you put a harness on. Once you pull out your not allowed on trailer...I did and they threatened me to pull load...its easy in and out but won't come here again...spend too much time just being safe....2 stars because they had a porter potty.

Someone is on a serious power trip. I understand rules and regulations . But this place is plane overboard
