They have outside services that do deliver and install. Please note, they do NOT do it personally, and they will not account for anything their installers do. They also will not connect you with said installers. I purchased all Samsung appliances through Best Buy, and their delivery system took 31 days to get it to my house and installed. Nothing arrived before their return period expired. I can't caution you enough to go elsewhere.

There supposed to deliver whatever u can't carry out such as appliances,tv's and such..
Only fitness equipment is delivered by Best Buy
