Would have given 4 stars since inventory was a little off, but one gentleman was super helpful and offered without my asking to carry a heavy object for me. The cashier was very kind and polite too. So worth the extra star.

Unfortunately I'll never do business here again. I had a video consultation after the consultation I never received my bid or plan or anything. Went into the store and talked to someone, was told the original guy had just gotten married and was on his honeymoon, no problem. They apologized and set up another. After that phone consultation I was told they would be in contact. Once again never heard a thing. Checked spam email, regular, no missed calls, nothing. I was looking to upgrade my home audio system. And when i do it won't be through best buy.

I was repeatedly asked if I needed help with anything. I observed others being treated the same way. The representative who helped me went out of his way to demo a monitor that didn't even have a computer hooked up to it. Very happily using that monitor while I type this.

Though they didn't have what I went in for I have to give the store 5 stars. It is clean, professional looking, and well organized, and they have a number of employees ready to help. The mistake I made was, while on their website, I didn't notice that the product I wanted was only available on line.

Depending your location, there are walk-in boost mobile stores. I'm assuming Best Buy was a no go. You'll definitely find better deals online though, cell phone stores really jack up equipment prices.
Definitely take it in or at least know the brand and specs. I take a pic of my laptop model and serial number to make sure i get the correct accessory.

They sell all kinds. Make sure that you get an HDMI 2.0 or Ultra High Speed HDMI 48 Gbps if you're buying it for a 4K TV.
At the Best Buy on Monroe St, you can call the store and make an appointment to do in store shopping. They have curbside pickup as well. Days ago I went to the entrance and outside the store entrance are plenty of workers to assist you with getting what you need, but I just now called the store for your answer.
If your looking for product availability they can not tell you on the phone . You have to have the SKU number or check online

I had a sound bar and 65 inch TV installed and it was appropriately $250.00. If you are not mounting a sound bar it will be less. I had my mount also, but it needed to be placed higher because the size of my old TV was smaller. Be sure your mount can hold a 65 inch TV. They did a fabulous job, too! Very knowledgeable.

Did you go over to geek squad and asked for help? If so go over to the return center and tell them that you need a geek squads members help
They have outside services that do deliver and install. Please note, they do NOT do it personally, and they will not account for anything their installers do. They also will not connect you with said installers. I purchased all Samsung appliances through Best Buy, and their delivery system took 31 days to get it to my house and installed. Nothing arrived before their return period expired. I can't caution you enough to go elsewhere.

Try the Apple store. I doubt Best Buy has the tools or the skillset to fix Apple products.
