There are both first and second floor apartments. Yes, The Flats is very pet friendly for both dogs and cats. The weight limit for dogs is 70 lbs. with a two pet limit. Square footage ranges from 650-850 square feet for a 1 bed, 850-900 for a 2 bed., and the 3 beds are 1,000 square feet. There was a price drop Spring of 2019 so now the 1 beds range from $630-700/month, 2 beds $710-740/month, and 2 beds are $950/month + utilities.
Yes they are one floor apartments we just got a 3 bedroom it is pretty good sized idk how many sq feet exactly. I think they have 1 2 and 3 bedrooms. Our 3 bedroom is 1300 a month.
