Essentially, yes. The times go by when it gets dark. At the beginning and end of the season, the times will be earlier, but the 9:40 time is usually the case as it gets dark enough at that time to be able to see the films. The second movie starts a little bit after the first then.

Yes. Its always a double feature and there are only two screens, which both start at the same time.

Like fireworks you need to wait for the sun to go down. Its a double feature so most wouldnt want another show time after that.

It's based upon the time the sun sets. Therefore a little bit after it goes down I assume.
