Only negative thing I would have to say is there were kids on the playground through most of the movie. Kind of hard to concentrate on the movies when there's screaming kids on the playground.

Fun travel back in time kind of experience with modern movies. Pack as many people in your vehicle as you can for the same vehicle rate. Pay a small fee and bring your own food, or use the concession building to buy food. There is a small "old school" playground where kids can play while they wait for the movie to begin. You can open the back of your hatch to sit in your car or bring lawn chairs and sit outside or sit in your vehicle. I recommend arriving early to look for a good viewing location and to find a good working speaker to listen to the movie. The movie also uses a radio frequency for the sound. I recommend bringing a portable radio so you don't have to run your car or drain the battery because the speakers are old and many are very quiet or do not work / missing. Many people leave between movie showings because the movies run so late in the summer, so it's completely okay to pack up early and call it a night.

Typically going more for the "experience" of the drive in and passing that adventure onto the younger generations than going for the movie itself. The staff here are friendly, concessions are reasonable, and restrooms are well kept. Yes, some dark scenes are hard to see on screen, and I wouldn't rely on the 60 year old speakers on the poles for sound. Per most places where people gather, the only complaints I ever really have are due to a few disrespectful patrons who don't understand etiquette.

This Drive In is great! They charge $25.00 a car. Which is great, because you can bring your dogs. And the concession stand sells some really good hotdogs. They taste like Costco's hotdogs. The All beef kind. It's nice to have a good Drive In still in existence. I highly recommend this place to all, especially if you have kids. Their playground has swings, and a Merry Go Round and slides. Kids love that. Go early and get a good parking place. Bring the kids. Have fun.
