Click on your profile at the top of the page. In your account it'll say Reservations. That's your order.
Good luck is all I can say. It seems their online ordering and pick-up process changes everytime I go there.
You just have to order in the morning online and set your pickup for the afternoon so that they pull all the correct items before they sell out of them. But ive only had this issue once that miss. Hines is referencing, all in all great products and great sales.
Go on line place order they give you a confirmation number store fills it and give you a text back and a appointment time for pick up i really dont like this store. Products can be confusing on order you might think you ordered on thing and its another noone to help you get started your just taking that chance on supplies
