Well After experiencing the complications with the website the staff was very helpful and made sure that all of my needs was met do not give up on them call back at a different time if they are very busy they cannot take your call they're like every other business meet their needs as well as yours find out what time they are not busy and then ask your questions they was very helpful and knowledgeable and helping me with everything I need

Good store, good prices and deals, bout the biggest selection in Ohio. Only complaint is only allowing pre-orders.... Lot of things I order on sale when I go to get it they will be out of it for some reason even though I've pre-ordered it

You have to pay a Marijuana doctor once a year, you get your medical card when you see one of these doctor's, then you have to pay a state pharmacy board once a year also.!!!
Make google account and use it to set up a IHeartJane account for online ordering. Never heard of it being turned off.
The precautions are good, there is no in store shopping unless you schedule a pharmacy consult. Otherwise you place your order online or via phone and schedule a pick up time. The Staff are friendly and knowledgeable this is the best dispensary in the area. Masks are required just like any other place open to the public.
Usually when you purchase an order they will write the number of days that you have left at the top of the receipt. If they don't, while you're there just ask them and they will be happy to look it up for you.
Click on your profile at the top of the page. In your account it'll say Reservations. That's your order.
Ive never done an email order but Ive done online orders. You will get a confirmation text message and email once the order has been placed to be picked up within a specific 30 minute time frame of your choice.
I dont work there but yeah, everything MUST be done online before u go. They will send u 3 txt telling u its being processed, so you have confirmation your order will be ready

Unfortunately not. I added my husband as a caregiver which gives him the ability to go and get it without me. They also don't have a place inside or out where you can sit. You have to stand in line outside. There are other dispensaries that you go in and sit down or like Pure Ohio Wellness you can also look up the menu and call or order online and just drive through their little canopy and they bring it to you. I believe you can become a caregiver online for like $50 but you can always call where he got his card and ask.

Yes. Anywhere in the state of Ohio you need a valid Medical Marijuana Card.
Not an accurate one. You have to go in to get a paper one, they update it changes too much to trust anything online
Yea I'd say expect at least 10-15 mins. Not bad though you can chat with other customers if you have questions about products and they can share experiences with you and reccomend what they like :) or you can sit quietly like I did, I know what I wanted already
Yes, there is an on site ATM with a $2 fee
No you dont need an appt just your Id and MML you have to be there 30 mins before they close just in case they have alot of other patients they wanna make sure all their receive the same courteous care and get all their questions answered
