Walmart will have normal hours through out New Year's Eve and New Year's day. Fredericksburg area stores are open 24 hours.

I'll probably sleep late New Year's Eve so I don't fall asleep before the ball drops, then sleep in late New Year's Day before making a pancake brunch for me and the wife. For Walmart, you'll have to call the number listed.
