Katy in the jewelry department is rude and should not be working sales. I had an issue with an order and she wasn’t willing to help resolve my issue. I asked to speak with a manager to resolve my issue because her attitude was bad.

I usually only shop here for Estée Lauder products at the make up counter. I made a review a year ago, and I called corporate office. No responses. A year later the same lady is probably the worst sales person I’ve ever met, and I work in the service industry. She’s rude, unhelpful, doesn’t want to help and even questioned the $140 I gave TO YOUR STORE for a serum and foundation. My bill was $137 I gave her a hundred dollar bill, a twenty, a ten and $7 ones. She comments “you’re going to make me count all that?” ONE... I work with cash, two... I count thousands of dollars alllllllll day long, three I work around hundreds of customers in nova all day long and I was exhausted from work and she was the last rude person I wanted to deal with that day. She also is a liar and said that shell beige is a discontinued product for Estée Lauder. You can get it everyone else then Macy’s huh? I think she just didn’t want to give me my color, so I sat there frustrated , took a breath and asked her for a different shade. So you don’t want my money and you won’t give me what I ask for? I don’t even bother anyone at the makeup counters as I know exactly what I want when I go in there ALWAYS. I’ll never be back to your makeup counter ever! This has been going on since I moved here in 2016. I believe she is the main lady who sells Clinique/Lancôme. She’s awful, down right awful. She needs to be held accountable because that lady has given me one too many headaches over the years, and it’s specifically HER!
