A more mature staff person was very kind and personable, despite being busy reshelving, greeted us and asked if we needed help. This needs to be the Customer Service standard at Marshall's. Not the usual being ignored, and staffers on cell phones. Acknowledge the customer's existence, simple rule. Pass it on.

They have someone at the door making sure they dont have too many people in the store. All carts are sanitized after every person and u cant take them outside. In the store they walk around cleaning. At the registers they clean the counters after each checkout.
Possibly, I have found my fav brand of skillet (tfal) there. I would call and ask.
