For the summer we are currently requiring 4 nights for rentals more than 30 days from now and the 2 night minimum in the 30 days. The $129 rate mentioned by the other user is correct if you live in Virginia for a 2 bedroom cabin.
It goes up each year. Seems like last year was 129.00 but don't quote me on that.
