Boat was really nice. Didn’t really understand how you get fuel included on the first but not the second day. Tammy was extremely rude and if we didn’t have kids with us I definitely would have canceled the boat. Tammy cried because we stopped and spoke with a person at the shop instead of going to the marina. Tammy said the owner wanted to know why they were being bothered with a “stupid rental question “. Other than Tammy being extremely rude and the fuel thing it was a nice experience. Even meeting the owner was a good experience just the interaction with Tammy was extremely unpleasant until when we brought the boat back and she had someone else with her that got on the boat and drove around after we parked it.

First time renting with Clarksville Marine, as we're down here for a brief vacation and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Tammy was simply awesome. She went out of her way to make it easy for me and was very friendly and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clarksville Marine Rental to anyone headed to Kerr Lake!!
