The answer to the question is that they are short handed and the company called ERMC sucks at doing the job I used to work with them

Probably lack of Matnience workers its always been a problem
The sewer line has busted and leaks human waste into them. Mall too cheap to fix. I know. I worked in maintenance there. If you call they wont answer
It closed cause Sears because it's out of business 😄
