Get the stock number and run the number on the internet and see what you come up with
If the item is out of stock at the store it could still be available online. Just check. If it's available online then you can order the item.
If they have it in stock online you can.

Not usually from store, if they run out you just have to wait for new stock to arrive,
If it is available online, I don't see a problem. You would have to order online though. I had the same issue once. I ordered online and received my items at home.
