I’ve been trying to use the click and collect feature but the window seems to be closed almost all the time. I recently moved in to a new place and the furniture ASAP but click and collect seems to be a problem. When will the windows open up?

I've had good luck ordering at 2 am. I've also read online someone says the windows open up at 11am each day or so. Just check back at different times of the day for a couple days see if you can catch it. They are open on the inside as well and if you go first thing on a weekday it's not busy at all.

I haven't used that feature at all, I shop Ikea in person.
