There is minimal that people can do to assist you, depending on the exact issue. I recommend bringing it back to the store immediately as if you aren't an elite level or higher member, you only have 14 day return. Your best bet would be to attempt to talk to the actual manufacturer of the TV. In-store staff do not always know the ins and outs about every TV and all TVs are different. Depending on the severity of the issue, you can get wildly different answers or no answers at all. If you can return it, do so and get a different model or get a replacement of the same model without the issue. If you can't return it, you can attempt best buy tech support, but without an extended warranty or a geek squad plan, you likely won't get great assistance. Alternatively contact the manufacturer as they will know the ins and outs of the TVs that they sell.
What size was the TV? Also did you purchase a Warranty? although it should be under a Warranty still. If I were you I would take it back to the store and demand a replacement TV! if it's only 2 weeks old. I still would like to know the size.
