The staff is excellent. Very knowledgeable. I was looking at surround sound systems and the young man that helped us was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place if you're looking for good Electronics.

I purchased a computer. A week later I noticed the computer was on sale for several hundred dollars less. I went to the store and per their price match guarentee I was refunded the difference. I was pleased. The only complaint was that they were having difficulty figuring out the process to issue the refund. There were three individuals working on my refund for about ten minutes. During that time I was spoken to once. "How may I help you" and then I was not spoken to or my presence acknowledged until one of the associates was able to figure out the process and finish my transaction. I felt a nuisance rather than a valued customer. However, they did honor their price match guarantee. James Eve

The salesman was super helpful. I wanted a great deal and he helped explain why my old laptop was so slow. He helped me find a better laptop that didn't break the bank. He looked through a few open box deals and found me a computer that was $200 cheaper than sticker. Thanks!

I've had much better service at Best Buy. They can be very inconsistent with helping people. Their selection of phones in stock wasn't optimal at all. They also charge now to move your stuff from one phone to another... That's new.

Cleaning every surface and phones that are on display and other electronic as soon as they see someone touch it. That's what I seen so far.

There is minimal that people can do to assist you, depending on the exact issue. I recommend bringing it back to the store immediately as if you aren't an elite level or higher member, you only have 14 day return. Your best bet would be to attempt to talk to the actual manufacturer of the TV. In-store staff do not always know the ins and outs about every TV and all TVs are different. Depending on the severity of the issue, you can get wildly different answers or no answers at all. If you can return it, do so and get a different model or get a replacement of the same model without the issue. If you can't return it, you can attempt best buy tech support, but without an extended warranty or a geek squad plan, you likely won't get great assistance. Alternatively contact the manufacturer as they will know the ins and outs of the TVs that they sell.
According to Best Buy's return policy "purchases made October 13, 2020 through January 2, 2021 have an extended return period through January 16, 2021, excluding items purchased with a third-party contract (e.g., cell phones, cellular tablets and cellular wearables, AppleCare monthly plans, etc.)". It states that cell phones have a 14 day return period and you will be charged a $45 restocking fee.
To be honest I'm not at all sure. But I think they would have if anyone does.
I would say that you should provide the make and model of the TV you're asking about. Each model and maker will be different. You can call Best Buy and ask.
They do carry drones. And typically they have some in stock . I suggest calling before you make the trip. Merry Christmas
Look for a tiny pinhole on the front. If there is one, stick a paper clip in there. It is a mechanical release. I do not work for BB, but they can get it open if you can't fimd a hole.
No layaways.
