Depends on what you are comfortable requesting and from whom. From Ikea's own FAQ (specifically in regards to assistance for disabled shoppers) If you ask a co-worker for assistance in picking up or loading packages, they will be happy to help. But my advice is always take a friend on a shopping trip to Ikea. You can probably recruit some help from fellow shoppers out in the parking lot, also it is possible to pay extra for delivery.
