Can I do a third party authorization form if I am not going to be present at time of check In? I am trying to book a room for a few days for my nephew and his new wife who will be arriving in Seattle for their honeymoon.

My company paid for my room with a credit card over the phone. When i checked in, all i had to do was sign the receipt.

Booking and check in cards can be different. Have done that before just not at this place.
