I stay here quite regularly. Things have changed with my job to where the location isn't as convenient for me when I'm in town, yet I continue coming back. The rooms are usually clean and well stocked. All the ladies I've dealt with at the front desk have been over the top incredible. The rest of the staff I've run into in the halls and outside have always been incredible. Not every visit here has been perfect, but when issues arise, they get fixed rapidly. I've seen the ladies at the front desk deal with difficult customers, and they somehow manage to keep a smile on their face and do their jobs with great professionalism. I use this hotel as the benchmark for every other Comfort Inn I stay at elsewhere in the country. I've yet to stay at another one that totally hits the high marks of this location. Perhaps I should lower my standards? Nah. Every other hotel needs to reach this level!

Great hotel...our favorite place to stay in the Pacific-Auburn area. Breakfast is always delicious and the staff just can't be beat. They were full over the holiday weekend yet we were made to feel like we were family coming home. Definitely will stay again. P.S. I was an actual guest

Overall a very amazing and high quality hotel. It's been remodeled very recently( you can smell the new paint). Front desk staff where very helpful and friendly. Only small complaint I have for this place was trash everywhere. All the public area cans were full of trash, the luggage carts had trash cans on them and were surrounded by trash bags. Very concerning and kinda a sanitary issue.

Surprisingly great experience for the price! I have stayed at a lot of hotels and was often left unimpressed... But this time was really pleasant. I forgot my phone charger and the girl at the front desk whipped one up for me! Usually, some places would give you a look or a sigh, but she was all smiles. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel stay. The newly remodeled rooms looked great! I am an inspector so I know what a budget remodel looks like, and this one, at least our room, was done well! No loose plumbing, no visible seams in the floor, and the doors all closed properly. Only 2 reasons I didn't give 5 Stars... The pool was "Down for maintenance," and the shower bar in the room was loose. Otherwise it was a great weekend. Thank you!
