There are some low calorie offerings, but again, it depends on what you put into the cup. There are full nutritional facts in a book at the store.
It truly varies from variety and heavily dependent in which toppings and how much you put on as you are in sole control of what goes in the cup. The simplest one will be just the yogurt with no toppings... which will still run you north of 300 cal. Not a good place to go IMHO if you are watching your calories
